Judge’s Critiques….

Crufts 2022 – Keith Givens
“This girl showed her socks off, well balanced and this shows in her ease of movement. a harsh coat and nice topline. Pleasing head of good proportions.”

Isle of Ely BOB & WG3 2022 – Adrian Bicknell
“Strong but feminine bitch of correct size with a nice outline. Good head type with good eyes and ears. Strong muzzle with correct bite. Strong well muscled neck with correct arch. Strong shoulders and straight front with good bone for size. Good depth of chest and spring of ribs, correct topline which was held on the move. Strong straight rear well muscled and angulated. Powerful movement with plenty of reach and drive. BOB”

Blackpool CH Show 2021 RBCC – Keith Nathan
“Res BCC. Very eye catching, perfect for size and outline with the required slightly sloping topline, well set on tail carried in a gay plume. Moderate in her angulation, deep rib and excellent bone, her head is feminine, with strong muzzle, dark eyes and lovely expression and neat ears, on the move she is powerful and effortless and very sound.”

WELKS CH Show 2019 – Keith Nathan
“Classy type of bitch with a good neck and topline, well set and carried tail, very feminine in head but with a good strong skull, well placed ears and lovely eye shape. Moderate angle, in good coat and a sound and free mover. BSBIB.”

Deane Open Show 2019 BAVNSC & WG2 – Derek Allsop
“2 years old Alaskan Malamute bitch, has a lovely feminine head, dark eyes, nice front, good bone, good reach of neck, correct shoulders, good topline, well coated, tailset OK. Nice hindquarters, moved well, very sound and was well presented. Was pleased to award her Group 2 in the Working Group.”

Chesterfield & Pinxton Open Show 2018 BOB & WG3 – Christine Hardy
“Bitch, strong head with a nice expression and a good eye, a short strong neck, shoulders moderately sloping back, chest strong and deep, rear powerful and well let down, tireless movement. BOB & WG3.”

Leeds CH Show 2018 1st Nicola Singh
“21 month old bitch. Very feminine head, but not weak. Good proportion to muzzle. Correct eye shape & set. Lovely stop. Correct ear shape & set, but she was economical in using them! Nice length & arch to neck. Balanced angulation front & rear. Chest depth coming on well & OK forechest. A little light in bone for size. Correct just slightly sloping topline. Correct pasterns front & back. Feet could be a bit larger. Well proportioned body height/length. Good tail set & carriage. Correct coat texture. Moved well in this class & looked powerful & sound. Unfortunately, wasn’t as together in her next class in movement. Congratulations on your SB group 2 award.”

WKC CH Show 2018 – Richard Kinsey
“Raw 10 month old with a way to go in terms of development but she has the framework to work with given time. Proportionate in head to body at this stage. Ample spring of ribbing for her size and age. Covers the ground cleanly once settled into her stride. Maybe not in her best jacket on the day but this does not distract from her shape.”

WELKS CH Show 2018 1st – Sue Ellis
“18 mth old grey & white with pretty head and lovely expression. Shows herself off to advantage and is very well schooled. Short, dense coat. Lovely waving plume. Decent bone and feet. Moved really well around the ring.”

Crufts 2018 1st/2nd – Simon Luxmore
“Full of life and sparkle on the day a real show girl! Nice head with good eye and well set ears, balanced, and shown in good hard condition.”

Leeds CH Show 2017 1st MP – Steve Myring
“8 mths. A very pretty well balanced puppy with a nice head and body. She moved very well and even at her age she was holding her topline correctly.”

Honley Open Show 2017  PUPPY WORKING GROUP 3 – Colin Woodward
“8 months with a feminine head, good shape dark eyes lovely compact size well laid shoulders & good front, lovely coat & condition strong bone on nice legs & feet, deep brisket strong hindquarters moved ok.”

AMCUK Open Show 2017 BPIS – Barry Blunden
“A quality youngster in a strong class. Well balanced with feminine head in proportion with body. Skull of good width with slight stop and strong muzzle of similar length. Dark eyes set obliquely. Small triangular ears set wide at back of skull. Scissor bite with strong teeth and good pigmentation to lips. Neck of good length with slight arch. Sloping shoulders with moderate angulation to upper arm of equal length. Sufficient bone to forelegs. Chest deep to elbows. Ribs well sprung. Short loin. Straight in back. Hindquarters broad with moderate angulation to well let down hocks. Nice croup and tailset. Moved with ease showing good reach and drive. BPB & BPIS.”
